Meet the team

David Mackay:
Technical Director
Previously in charge of production for Casella, David has more than 25 years’ experience in air quality engineering.  David oversees all R&D and production of the aeris product range, all of which are MCerts and USEPA certified.  David is also incredibly experienced with air quality communication systems and software and he has a solution for everything!
Vanessa Ambler:
Managing Director
Vanessa started her career at The Independent Newspaper, moving on to become Sales & Marketing Director at Reuters Media.

Vanessa has a passion for Quality and Customer Satisfaction.  She ensures that the company operates to the highest standards, exceeding customer expectations and achieving the highest data sets for our worldwide customer base.
Mike Nabarro:
Technical & Quality Consultant
Ex VP Sony Europe, Mike is responsible for Technical Operations and Quality Control, ensuring that the quality of every product manufactured meets our high internal standards and those of our external accreditations.
Dr Barry Hill:
Software and Electronics Developer
Barry is a hugely talented engineer and we are delighted that he has chosen tobe part of our team. Barry was part of the team developing AQ Mesh and he is now working on R&D with David, planning the next generation of aeris analysers.
Jamie Grant: 
Consultant CFO
Jamie brings a wealth of financial expertise to We Care 4 Air and his skills are proving to be invaluable as the company is realising such rapid growth on a global scale.
Karen Rattenberry:
UK Sales Manager
Karen has over 30 years experience in Construction Sales Management and has meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that our customers receive the very highest standards of customer care.
Bruce Dearlove:
Global Sales Manager
Bruce has joined our team from South Africa and brings years of global sales experience in a wide range of engineering disciplines.  Bruce manages all spare parts sales and stock - whatever part you are looking for, Bruce will track it down for you!

Engineering Team

We have a team of 6 fully trained air quality engineers based in the field and in our workshop to assist you.  We are also FGAS certified  and undertake all air conditioning work in house without the need for sub contractors.

Diffusion Tube and LSO Team

We have a team of 3 staff managing Diffusion Tube collections and LSO’s each month.
